On 26th November, the ITFLOWS Scientific Coordinator, Dr. Cristina Blasi (UAB), participated in the Nicosia Risk Forum 2020, presenting the ITFLOWS Project. The presentation was entitled “ITFLOWS: Predicting Migration Flows and Preventing Risks of Tension in the EU”. The Nicosia Risk Forum is an innovative event for the area of South-Eastern Europe, which brings together academic, industrial, governmental, policy, and other societal stakeholders with a significant interest in societal safety. Nicosia Risk Forum was organised under the auspices of HE the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus Dr. Nikos Christodoulides. #NRF2020
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, the event took place online. After the presentation there was a fruitful discussion among the audience, which was very enriching for the ITFLOWS project.
