ITFLOWS at the Workshop on Complex Data in the Study of Politics and Conflict

This 2-day Workshop took place on the 18 & 19 November, and aimed at bringing these experiences together and develop a network of experts working on related problems from different perspectives. The Workshop was technical in
nature and therefore targeted at practitioners or researchers in fields like economics, political science, data science, computer science or remote sensing to present a specific problem they have solved/are trying to solve.

Konstantin Boss (UAB) briefly presented the ITFLOWS Project and a set of preliminary findings on the use of Google Trends for refugee migration prediction.
